The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers or "ICANN" is a nonprofit organization that is responsible for managing gTLD Domain Names (ICANN does not manage ccTLD or Country Code Domain Names such as .ca).

What rights and responsibilities do I have as a Registrant of a gTLD Domain Name

We use Arctic Names, an accredited registrar by the International Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) to process gTLD registrations. ICANN has published a document on their website outlining the rights and responsibilities of registered domain name holders.
